ARKEMA – Optima project

Revamping detailed preliminary design to debottleneck the Arkema production unit in Marseille.
General Installation studies -piping, steal metal work, framework and civil engineering.

ARCELOR – Optimization studies of converter cauldrons

Detailed preliminary design of the converter’s smoke suction hoods and ducts.
Design of a cooling system to optimise equipments.

JOVENNA – Hydrocarbon storage depot in Tamatave (Madagascar)

Basic preliminary design and detailed design for an hydrocarbon storage depot.
Creation of the tendering documents to demolish the existing buildings and build the depot.

BP – Sulphur trap unit

Detailed preliminary design and study synthesis of a new sulphur trap unit.
General installation project made in 3D with PDMS taking into account the steel equipments, piping, framework and walkways, electricity and civil engineering studies.

ALCAN – Study of the installation of a gas treatment unit

Study of the installation of a gas treatment unit and of the inter-connecting piping routings.

BP – Fluids purification

Study of the installation of an ethylene purification column and of the inter-connecting piping routings.

For 20 years now, our team of specialists has been designing basic or elaborated metal structures.

At every design step -from preliminary design to construction studies- we can optimise the framework weight with our tool 3D XSTEEL and ROBOT STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS.

DUMEZ – Fréjus theater

Implantation study of the piles position and calculation of the load descents.
Analysis of seismic resistance and dimensioning the reinforced concrete of the beams, column, bearing walls, raft foundation and stringers that were composing the basement.
In charge of the formwork and reinforcement drawings of the sheer walls, columns, flagstone and floor.

NOVACARB - Installation of two electrofilters at the exit-end of the boiler

Detailed preliminary design and construction survey of the installation of two electro-filters for the smoke treatment of 5 boilers.
Routing of the smoke ducts , design of the support towers and of the civil engineering related to it.
Creation of the tendering documents and procurement support.
Site supervision until start-up operations.

INEOS - FCC Lavéra

Simulation of the handling and lifting stages of the Ineos FFC regenerator from a 3D model made with INVENTOR.
Our mission enabled to prepare the dismantling operations and to validate the mechanical resistance of the structure during these transitional stages.

ARCELOR - Blast furnace repairing

From feasibility studies to work supervision, we took part in every stages of the blast furnace repairing project and fit the quality and safety requirements. With 3D models made on Inventor, we have simulated the installation of 4 precast armour components – 2,800 tonnes, 45m tall, 15m diameter, including the hoisting of a 2,200 tonnes component.

INNOVENE / INEOS - Clean Fuels Project

Lump sum building mission and design-detailed studies to backfit the Lavera refinery in accordance with the clean fuel law. Work supervision on several areas with multi-disciplinary teams (general installation+ Electricity/instrumentation). Link storage- new kerosene unit, supply and pumping on two new fuel tanck, supply of a new H2 production unit for Air Liquide; installation of 3 pumping equipments to supply the La Mede refinery as a complement to the INEOS refinery.

DYNEFF – Realville Fuel depot

Basic and detailled preliminary design of a 50,000 m3 hydrocarbon storage depot.
General installation studies -piping, tanks, pumping station, civil engineering, Roads and networks.

DCNS - Frigate integration platform - FREMM type

Creation of a simulation platform to develop and train type FREMM frigate on the St Mandrier DGA (weaponery department) : rehabilitation of two modular buildings, system control center design on a 300m² offices, creation of an antenna mast, creation of a radar shipboard simulation module.

Our mechanics service is composed of a dynamic technicians and engineers team whose aim is to achieve your projects.

EDF – Water catchment on the Oraison chanel

Basic preliminary design of 3 solutions to sever the EDF chanel at the mouth of Oraison.
Mechanical conception including the matters of resistance, reliability, profitability and savety.
Technical an economical comparison study of the 3 solutions.

ARCELOR – Reversing system revamping

Mechanical optimization of the moving structure of the reversing system, in order to increase its reliability.
Construction studies extracted from a 3D CADD mock-up and tiring stress calculations of the various components.

AREVA NC – Dismantling of the casing removing building

Using a 3D mock-up made with Solidworks, we have simulated the dismantling of the Areva’s building used for casing removing.

ARCELOR - Conception of a third pouring point

Feasibility study of a third pouring point addition in the Arcelor steelworks in Fos.
Conception of a 3D mock-up, from the 2D drawings and integration lof the new equipments.
