GENERAL INSTALLATION
The DE VIRIS project teams are gathered in different specialities of general installation: Piping, sheet metal works and pressured vessels, metal framework, mechanical and civil engineering. Our expertise in the industrial sector is a real advantage to offer global services.
In order to guarantee the best quality for your design projects, we are working with PDMS – a CADD software - for 10 years. This allows us to commit ourselves on our objectives.
MECHANIC
Our mechanics service is composed of a dynamic technicians and engineers team whose aim is to achieve your projects.
With a perfect working knowhow in 3D softwares such as CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and INVENTOR, we design elaborated systems especially in nuclear and steel industries.
STRUCTURE – FRAMEWORKS
For 20 years now, our team of specialists has been designing basic or elaborated metal structures.
At every design step -from preliminary design to construction studies- we can optimise the framework weight with our tool 3D XSTEEL and ROBOT STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS.
We operate in the public sector (Halles aux images of Arles, theatre of Fréjus) or in the industrial sector (Waste incinerator of Fos) on behalf of builders, prime contractors or site owners.
SHEET METAL WORKS / PRESSURE VESSELS
DE VIRIS has its own sheet metal work service with a recognized knowhow. Together with our subsidiary SUD EST CALCUL, we can design equipments taking into account the different building codes as CODAP / CODRES / ASME / RCC-M / EUROCODE, …
TECHNICAL INSPECTION
The regulations are constantly changing. They define the classification, the equipment management and the writing of inspection plans. What is more, one has to take into account that the entirety of industrial sites is becoming old. Inspection helps to produce in safety.

Our partner designs the electrical distribution for industrial and service plants.
From a schematic diagram (P&ID) our partner can specify the sensors and actuators that drive and control your equipments. Moreover we use the existing wide range of products and tools to offer the best solution in accordance with your needs.
CALCULATIONS
DE VIRIS and its subsidiary SUD EST CALCUL have developed a recognised know-how in the field of scientific calculation and stress analysis.
Our competitive tools can offer a digital simulation of:
